Shipping and Returns
Generally all sales are final if we supply product as ordered, on time. This does not include damaged items which will be handled according to manufacturers return policy requiring an RMA.
If there is a circumstance, that we have not forseen, where a return is necessary (not due to damage), an RMA is required and shipping both ways is the customer’s responsibility, plus a 25% restocking fee, and an inspection by manufacturer for return shipping damage, and that cost will be added to return total.
